Your credit or check card is charged only when your supplements have shipped.
Can I choose a specific day of the month when I want my supplements shipped? Yes. For example, if you would like your supplements shipped the 1st of every month, no problem.
How are my supplements shipped?
Every PDS shipment is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service and receives priority status.
If I’m going out of town, can I delay my shipments or have them sent elsewhere?
Yes. Just call, and let us know when or where you’d like us to ship them.
Will you contact me before my credit or check card expires?
Yes. You don’t have to remember to call us. We’ll contact you before your credit or check card expires, so there’s no interruption in your service.
Can I add or remove formulas from my PDS?
Yes. If you’d like try a new formula, just add it to your PDS. If you later decide to stop taking that formula, just call and we’ll remove it.
